Community Guidelines

Illegal and non-consensual content (zero tolerance)

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content featuring, suggesting, or depicting minors (anyone under 18) in a sexual context. This includes animated or AI-generated depictions of minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery: Any intimate or sexual content shared without the explicit, documented consent of all parties involved (often called “revenge porn”).
• Deepfakes and altered media: AI-generated or digitally altered explicit content depicting real individuals without their explicit written consent.
• Lack of age verification / consent: Any adult content featuring individuals who have not been verified as 18+ and have not provided a model release / consent form where required.

Prohibited adult & sexual content types

While consensual adult content between verified adults may be permitted when it follows these Guidelines, the following acts and themes are strictly prohibited, even if consensual:

• Bestiality and zoophilia: Any sexual contact, real or simulated, involving animals.
• Necrophilia: Any sexual contact, real or simulated, involving corpses.
• Incest: Real or simulated sexual acts involving blood relatives.
• Non-consensual roleplay (CNC) / rape / sexual assault: Any depiction, promotion, or romanticization of rape, sexual assault, or non-consensual acts, even as fantasy or roleplay.
• Extreme fetishes: Content depicting scatology (feces), extreme urolagnia, bloodplay, mutilation, or the consumption of bodily fluids other than semen/saliva.
• Intoxication: Content depicting sexual acts where any participant appears visibly incapacitated, heavily intoxicated, or unconscious (and therefore unable to provide active consent).
• Public sex: Depictions of sexual acts in public spaces where non-consenting individuals or minors could be present.

Violence, gore, and self-harm

• Self-harm and suicide: Any content that encourages, promotes, provides instructions for, or depicts self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide.
• Extreme violence and gore: Graphic depictions of real-world violence, torture, dismemberment, or snuff films.
• Animal cruelty: Content that depicts physical abuse, neglect, or harm to animals.

Prohibited commercial activities and offline acts

• Escort services and prostitution: Using the platform to advertise, negotiate, or facilitate paid physical encounters, escort services, or prostitution.
• Trafficking: Any content related to human trafficking or the facilitation of illegal immigration.
• Fraud and scams: Extortion, blackmail, phishing, pyramid schemes, or deceiving users for financial gain.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, stalking, or doxxing.
• Copyright or trademark infringement — only post what you have rights to.
• Spam, malware, or attempts to circumvent Peekavue security or payments.

Age & verification

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Peekavue.
• Creators must complete identity verification before publishing paid or public creator content.
• Anyone appearing in your content must be 18+ and must give documented consent for their likeness.
• Content that depicts, implies, or sexualizes anyone under 18 — including role-play, costumes, captions, filters, or AI likenesses — is banned.

AI-generated content

• Disclose AI-generated media clearly (caption, watermark, or profile note) when it could reasonably mislead members.
• Do not use AI to impersonate real people without consent.
• Do not generate underage likenesses or prohibited themes.
• You are responsible for rights to any AI output you publish.

Respectful conduct

Treat other users with respect in public spaces and in messages. Soliciting illegal activity, pressuring others into non-consensual acts, or abusing reporting tools is not allowed. Creators should keep public profile previews (avatar, banner, bio) appropriate for discovery while still reflecting their brand.

Moderation & Account Health

Peekavue may review content automatically or manually. Content under review may be hidden until a decision is made. Removed content may remain visible to you in Account Health so you can understand the issue.

• Removed — taken down for breaking these Guidelines
• Warnings — counted toward account standing; repeats can lead to limits or bans

Consequences

Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, payout holds, or permanent bans, depending on severity. We may also report illegal activity to authorities when required by law. These rules exist to keep Peekavue safe, enjoyable, and respectful. By using Peekavue, you agree to follow them.

Reporting

If you see something that breaks these Guidelines, report it from the post, profile, or message where it appears, or email support@peekavue.com. For formal takedown requests, see our Takedown Policy. False or abusive reports may themselves lead to enforcement.

Updates

We may update these Community Guidelines as laws and the product change. Continued use of Peekavue after updates means you accept the revised Guidelines.
