18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements

Age verification statement

All models, actors, actresses, creators, and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct made available on Peekavue are required to be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the applicable content was created.

Recordkeeping compliance

Peekavue complies with applicable recordkeeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, to the extent they apply to content on the Platform.

For covered content made available through Peekavue, we require age and identity verification records for performers depicted in such content. Where Peekavue is not the primary producer of the content, Peekavue requires the applicable creator, uploader, studio, agency, or other primary producer to provide copies of the records required by law.

Where applicable, Peekavue may satisfy secondary producer recordkeeping obligations by obtaining copies of required records from the primary producer, including records sufficient to verify each performer’s legal name, date of birth, age, identity, and association with the applicable content, and by maintaining records identifying the primary producer from whom such records were received.

Records required under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained by Peekavue’s designated custodian of records.

Records are available for inspection as required by applicable law. Contact the custodian email above to arrange inspection during normal business hours. A physical inspection address will be provided upon lawful request for inspection.

Creator and uploader requirements

Creators, uploaders, studios, agencies, and other content providers may not upload, publish, sell, or distribute covered content through Peekavue unless they have verified and documented that every performer depicted was at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of production.

• Provide accurate performer age verification records, production records, consent records, and related documentation upon request.
• Failure to provide required records may result in removal of content, suspension or termination of the account, withholding of payments where permitted by law and contract, and referral to appropriate authorities.

Zero tolerance policy

Peekavue has a zero tolerance policy for any content involving minors, nonconsensual content, coerced content, trafficking, exploitation, or content uploaded without required age verification and performer consent.

Any content suspected to involve a person under eighteen (18), or any content lacking required consent or verification, may be immediately removed. The associated account may be suspended or permanently terminated, and Peekavue may preserve and report relevant information to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.

Reporting violations

If you believe any content on Peekavue depicts a person who was under eighteen (18) at the time of production, lacks required consent, or violates applicable law, contact us immediately at support@peekavue.com.

We will review reports promptly and take appropriate action, including removal, account enforcement, preservation of records, and reporting where required or appropriate. See also our Takedown Policy.
