This Content Provider Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between Peekavue (“Peekavue,” “we,” “us”) and the content creator (“Provider,” “you”). It governs content — including photos, videos, audio, and text (“Content”) — that you upload, promote, or provide on Peekavue. By verifying as a creator and uploading Content, you agree to this Agreement together with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
To upload Content as a creator on Peekavue, you must:
You may not include any other individual(s) (“Co-Models”) in your Content unless you have:
You agree to maintain a secure digital copy of age verification (government ID) and signed consent for every Co-Model. Peekavue may demand copies for audit at any time. Failure to provide records promptly may result in content removal and account termination.
Peekavue maintains a zero-tolerance policy for specific content. You will not upload, promote, or share Content that depicts, encourages, or involves:
Peekavue may remove violating Content and/or suspend or terminate your account without notice. See our Takedown Policy and Community Guidelines.
You retain ownership of copyright in your Content. By uploading Content, you grant Peekavue a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, display, distribute, and monetize that Content to users in connection with the Services.
Subject to these Terms and in-product payout rules, creators currently keep 85% of eligible gross earnings; Peekavue retains a 15% platform fee. Fees and payout methods (including those facilitated through Whop) may change with notice. Peekavue may withhold or reverse amounts related to chargebacks, fraud, or policy violations where permitted by law and contract.
You agree to release, indemnify, and hold Peekavue and its affiliates and their officers, employees, directors, agents, and advisors harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the Terms, or Content you provide.
Where Content involves actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, you acknowledge your responsibility as a producer to maintain age and identity records for yourself and any Co-Models, consistent with applicable law including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 where they apply. See our Record-Keeping statement. You authorize Peekavue to act as secondary custodian of records for identification and age verification documents collected during onboarding and KYC where applicable.
