Welcome to Peekavue (the “Platform”), provided through peekavue.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain personal data. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the Platform. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described here. See also our Terms of Service.

What data do we collect?

We collect information you provide when you create an account and use our Services, plus technical and behavioral information about your use of the Platform. This may include:

  • Account details: email, username, display name, password (hashed), role (member/creator), profile photo, bio, and settings.
  • Creator verification data processed by Didit (identity / age verification), and related status we store to operate the platform.
  • Content you upload: posts, media, messages, tips metadata, and similar User Content.
  • Payment-related metadata from Whop (for example transaction IDs, amounts, status). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, features used, preferences, interactions with creators, and approximate duration of use.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referrers, and similar diagnostics.
  • Communications with support.

How we use your information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Services and Platform
  • To create your account, personalize feeds and recommendations, and process memberships, tips, unlocks, and payouts
  • To provide user support
  • To detect and combat abuse, misconduct, fraud, spam, and other prohibited activities
  • To help keep you and other users safe, including moderation and Account Health
  • To enable sharing of content and messaging between users
  • To analyze product metrics and performance
  • To authenticate and secure your account
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • To comply with legal or regulatory obligations and protect rights, privacy, safety, or property
  • To notify or communicate with you about the Services

Who do we share your information with?

We may share information with third-party service providers necessary to run Peekavue, including:

  • Infrastructure and storage (for example Supabase / cloud hosting)
  • Payment processing (Whop)
  • Identity verification (Didit)
  • Analytics, email, and content moderation providers where used
  • Law enforcement or regulators when required by applicable law

We do not sell your personal data. Profile information you choose to make public (username, avatar, bio, public posts) is visible to other users as designed by the product.

How long do we keep your information?

We retain data only as long as (i) necessary to provide the Services, (ii) we have a legitimate business purpose, (iii) we have a legal or regulatory obligation (including record-keeping rules that may apply to certain adult content), or (iv) we need it for legal claims. You may request account deletion via settings or support@peekavue.com.

Cookies

We and our vendors use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, keep you signed in, measure usage, and improve the Services. You may refuse or disable cookies in your browser; some features may then be unavailable. By using our Services you consent to our use of cookies as described here.

Information relating to children

Peekavue is for adults only. No one under 18 may create an account or use the Services. If you believe a user is underage, notify us at support@peekavue.com. We will investigate and, if confirmed, delete the account and associated information as required.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact support@peekavue.com to make a request. You may also complain to a data protection authority in your country.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes. Check this page regularly. Continued use after updates means you acknowledge the revised policy.
